I left something out of the entry I did yesterday. JerkCowardOwner didn't give back the check I wrote him, instead he wrote out another check from his bank account, made out to "cash". So he still has the check I wrote out to him last week. As far as I know, the check I wrote (and put a stop payment on) didn't go through yet, at least not as of Monday. I'm going to hold on to the check he gave to us, just in case he comes back for it. I'll wait a week, then try to cash it...not like I'd be losing anything either way. But if it does go through, Merry Christmas to me (and the rest of the family, of course)!
And I'm still laughing.
